I have brewed several batches of Bavarian Hefe and really like it. Thinking of adding a cherry extract to the next batch. Shoud I add this at bottling time or in the third week in the primary since I dont secondary? How much extract would be sufficient for 5 gallons?
 
Its debatable,but i would when bottling for the strongest taste.
 
Add 2oz at bottling.

I have a batch of blueberry wheat made with blueberry extract carbing now. Instead of using a nice hefe yeast, I made it with US-05. I was aiming for more of a neutral taste, to let the berry come out more.
