10 Gal Cooler

What's the "biggest" (highest OG) beer you can get, WITHOUT SUPLEMENTING EXTRACT OR SUGAR, mashing in a 10 gallon gatorade style cooler? I'm looking for a final volume of 10 gallons.

If it matters: I'm fly sparging.

I do batch and highest I have gotten is about 1.062, which is why I have a 70qt cooler on order with wal-mart.

25 pounds will take up 9.8 gallons of space. You could fit more if you use less than a 1.25 ratio.

I think you'd have a hell of a time getting over 1.070.
