I don't care for Stouts so I don't brew them that often. A good friend has been after me for a long time to brew him a Stout and keg it for him. I brewed him an Oatmeal Vanilla Stout and I will prime it in a Corny Keg. Would it be beneficial for him to use nitrogen instead of CO2 in his Kegerator to smooth out the Stout?
