I've been looking for a good hard ginger ale recipe or ginger beer, any ideas
I made a one gallon batch:
1# honey
1# light DME
2 oz fresh grated ginge
a little lemon juice and zest
a tiny bit of cayenne
it turned out just okay, but i was hoping for some help before making a full 5 gallon batch, also what type of yeast should i be using.
