Brew day today

Currently brewing up an oatmeal stout. Mashing as we speak.

This is my 4th all grain batch.

It has rained here about 2 times in the last 2 month and a half. And today it just started raining. oh well, I guess a little rain in the wort never hurt anyone. The plants sure as hell can use the rain.

I'm working on a 10 Gal. batch of Ed's Haus Pal Ale

I'm getting ready to start a 5 gal batch of Edwort's Haus Pale Ale. What better way to nurse a hangover than to brew more beer.

Edit: Seems I bought Victory malt instead of Vienna. So I guess it's not Ed's pale ale... could be interesting.

Just finished it up. Efficenacy was better at 68%. Defintely getting this all grain down better.

Now we'll see how this pony keg I have works as a fermenter.

I hit 75% with mine, but ended up with 12 gallons at 1.047
