5th batch ever, I decided to do an Oatmeal Stout using the following recipe :

2 lbs Amber Dry Extract
6 lbs 9.6 oz Dark Liquid Extract
1 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L
8.0 oz Roasted Barley
1.00 oz Cluster [7.00 %] (45 min) Hops
1.00 oz Williamette [4.80 %] (45 min) Hops
1.00 oz Williamette [4.80 %] (6 min) Hops
2.00 cup Oats
1 Pkgs Edme Ale Yeast

Pitched the yeast at about 8pm last night. I came home after work and checked on it and the thing is bubbling like crazy! The bubbles in the airlock are like an old coffee percolator! WOW

Yeah it's fun to walk by and see my brew happily bubbling away. It's kind of a releaf to see it, because you know you didn't screw up to bad on brew day :p
