I was reading info on the TABC website....and they have a Brewpub license you can get for $1,362 dollars.

Would that be the only license I need to get to start an operation? Or am I need even close?

I'm Just curious how deep I would need to go in the permit/license area for a Texas brewpub.:mug:

There is local, state, and federal licensing, regulations, and inspections. There is a lot of federal junk.

Oh, and you need A LOT of money. Brewpubs are basically breweries and restaurants in one place, meaning you need licensing and inspections for both.

good lord....you'd almost have to partner up with a lawyer to get sometime started.
