My LHBS doesn't carry 15L, so will this work?

Recipe I'm working on calls for one pound of 15L. My LHBS carries 10L and 20L. Is it a stretch to say that if I mix 1/2 lb each of 10L and 20L it will end up as 15L?

Sure that works. A lot of people like to do this, as it gives more of a complex crystal flavor. 10-20 its pretty insignificant though.

It'll be a slightly different flavor, but should work just fine. At that kiln level, you're not developing the flavor differences you would find between, say, 40L and 60L.

To be clear, this won't create the equivalent of 15L, but it will be a solid substitute.
