So in the middle of a witbier mash.

Except, i mislabelled a grain bag. I now have a crap ton of munich

1.5kg german pils
2.5kg munich
2kg wheat malt
.5kg rolled oats

basically put in 2kg more munich than i intended. I will up the batch size to 6 gallons to bring the OG down to more "expected" levels.

I am sure this will end up drinkable .... but what the hell will it be? super malty not-wit?
 
Nah i reckon I'm just going to carry on as if its a wit. I have all this zest and coriander ready and a nice wyeast 3944 starter thats ready to do some work.

Guess we'll see....
 
A little extra Munich won't kill a wit... just add more bread-crusty goodness ;)
