Hey, just joined from Vancouver BC. just started my first batch yesterday using a simple coopers kit.
can anyone point me in the right direction, an explanation of the process/do's and don'ts?
i've been brewing with my brother in law for about 2 years, but ive just bought all the equipment myself.
I understand the basics of the process, but eventually id like to get into making my own wort and starting from scratch rather than a kit.
