I just found out Buckethead posted a tribute to michael jackson. It's pretty good as is alot his work... For those of you who have never heard of bucket head I got to tell you, he's a weirdo- at least his schtick is, but his guitar is revolutionary. I'll post a few of my favorite videos for you to check out.

You can't like guitar without liking that cat. Weird, but insanely talented.

Buckethead has done some lesson videos for Guitar Player magazine..... with a rubber monster finger puppet.

Great player and I really dig him in Colonel Claypool's Bucket of Bernie Brains.

anyone seen "slap that bass buckethead"? Hes awesome at that to.And he wears a fake thumb.

I love his stuff but don't own any, but then again I haven't bought or copied any music for many, many years. I love the Buckethead thing, it would be just plain stupid if not for being such an incredible guitar player but that is how he is able to pull it off. He can back it up!!!

I'd only really heard of him when he started playing with Axel Rose. Thought he was an idiot.

But after listening to these, wow!

Like me some Buckethead.

:off:Although, there are greater guitar masters for me out there. Check out Jim Hall sometime.
:mug:

Meh. The only Michael Jackson I cared about died years ago.

I don't think the OP was about Michael Jackson, it was about Buckethead as a guitarist and one of his latest releases which happens to be a MJ tribute. If you listen and were not told it was for MJ you probably wouldn't be able to tell.

Not really a Buckethed fan, but if you think his playing is revolutionary, you should really check this guy out.

Sorry,

Working now...

Still not working.....all I get is some guy with long hair telling bad jokes and making noise with guitar effects.

Just kidding!!
That is some long video and I wasn't able to watch it all but yeah he can play. I still like Buckethead better from what I heard. :D
