A very simple Stone IPA clone.
With exception of the color, the hops character is spot on to a Stone IPA.
(will use DME next time as lovibond is waay off )
Using 3 gallons H20-Bring to boil
1oz magnum into boil for 50 mins
Add 4 Lbs English IPA LME & .5 oz Centennial - Boil for 10 minutes
shutoff heat.
Add .5 oz centennial for 5 mins (off heat)
cool / sparge into fermentation bucket
pitch yeast at 75F = whitbread dried ale yeast
Ferment 7 days
move to secondary / dry hop w/ 1oz magnum for 14 days
bottle with 1 cup light dme.
