I have hefeweizen that had an OG 1.052. Used WLP300 for the yeast. After 3 weeks it is at 1.016 for 3 consecutive days. The program I used says it should get to 1.013. Am I at least on the green with 1.016. Will anything be gained by trying to get down lower or should I pull the trigger. The sample already tastes pretty good. Thanks everyone. :mug:

You're close enough and good to go although I would give it a little more time myself.

Bottled a Wit last week which was at 1.048 in the fermenter, 1.010 2 1/2 weeks later, and ended up at 1.005 a week after that. Sometimes those last few days can make a difference. But hey, if it tastes good now....Good luck
