I have brewed Orphy's Boddington's Bitter and I plan to brew BeirMuncher's Aberdeen Session House ale, both of these I believe are meant to be drank young, but I'm not sure if that is just for keggers? Will it hurt these 1.040 OG brews to do my usual 21 day primary fermentations and then bottle condition for another 21 days? Does it hurt to treat a beer meant to be drank young if you age it a bit?

Thanks!
