Well the title pretty much says what I need. I'm looking for an all grain clone. I've searched the forums and only found extract recipes.

Also, I was thinking of extracting some yeast from the bottom of the bottles and creating my starter from that. Does this sound like a good idea or should I buy yeast from my LHBS?

I found this close recipe somewhere and it seemed pretty good but I can't vouch for it personally. Don't harvest yeast from the bottle, they carbonate with a different strain.

5.0 gallon batch

7 lbs Wheat Malt, Pale (Weyermann) (2.0 SRM)
2 lbs 12.0 oz Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM)
4.0 oz Aromatic Malt (26.0 SRM)
2.1 oz Acid Malt (3.0 SRM)

60 min 0.40 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker [4.00 %] (60 min)
45 min 0.25 oz Pearle [8.00 %] (45 min)
15 min 0.25 oz Spalter [4.50 %] (15 min)

Hold mash at 150.0 F for 90 min
Pitch with Weihenstephan Weizen (Wyeast Labs #3068)
Ferment at 68F

Let us know how it turns out or if you find a better recipe.
