Here's what I'm planning: Black IPA that comes in at about 7% and 100 IBU. I may oak half the batch. Basically this will be my tasty winter warmer. What do you think of the recipe? In particular the Centennials/Nelson Sauvin??

Looks really good, similar to a 7.1% I've got bottle conditioning since last weekend. Mine has no early hops, only 15/1/FO and DH. If you want the bitterness without the aroma of the early hops, might I suggest a first-wort hop instead? You'll get better utilization and a smoother bitterness profile. I also didn't add sugar, must have just had better efficiency from my 10lbs of 2-row. ??

That's a big dry hop on your bill, too, but I'm not going to complain about that. :)
