Has anyone made the Yarrow ale recipe from Papazian's book ?

Any suggestions for modifying the recipe or experiences to share ?

Thanks

I made a yarrow pale ale last summer. It had 1oz centennial/ 1oz cascade hops throughout for bittering/flavor/aroma, but a little less than I would normally put in APA. I also put a few oz of yarrow(stems +flowers, I picked and dried) in for bittering (~2oz) and flavor (~4oz) additions. Tasted slighly medicinal at first, mellowed out after a little while (~1 month in bottle) to a flowery/citrus flavor with smooth bitterness. Maybe use less for flavoring and the medicinal flavor wouldn't be a problem?

I thought it was tasty, but it made me really sleepy, maybe even an allergic response, but other people liked this one a lot and didn't have my problems.
