1 lbs. Crystal/Caramel Malt 55L

60 minute mash @ 154.

Hops:
2 oz. Fuggles @ 60 minutes
1 oz. Kent Goldings @ 15 minutes

Whole leaf hops.

Yeast:
Wyeast #1768 Special Bitter
 
I think there is a mistake in your yeast number. The ESB yeast from Wyeast 1968. Speaking of this yeast, I would like to have your opinion on it? Would you use it again if you brewed this beer?
