Ingredients:

300 grams of chicken breast sliced into bite size pieces.
1 Cup of flour.
1 Cup of beer.
1 Egg.
Ground pepper, Salt.
Optional spicing:
Curry powder or hot paprika, cumin, turmeric, deep fry oil.

preparation:

Preparing the mixture: Scramble the flour, egg and spices together, slowly add the beer while scrambling, the final thickness should feel like yogurt, the thicker the mixture is, the softer the crust.
Heat up the flame, roll the chicken pieces in the mixture, fry until receiving a golden colour.
Lay down on a kitchen cloth, serve with ketchup and a piece of lemon.

That's not tempura. That's a beer batter. Still looms great though!
