Hi All,
This is my first post. I have been relocated to southern Brazil and have decided to try some brewing down here. Ingredients are hard to come by - no campden tablets, pectic enzyme etc. Indeed, I have yet to find a supplier of wine yeast. Does anyone have a recipe/suggestions for this situation? Dried instant bread yeast is about the only ingredient I can get my hands on (besides fruit and juices of course).
Thanks for your help.

There are plenty of mailorder HBS companies out there, some of which advertize on this site. Check out the vendor section on this site, I'm sure they'd be happy to do biz with you. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f41/ Regards, GF.

Hi,

I will be coming to Brazil too in the very near future.
Is there any supplies of Coopers Homebrew ingredients (that's Australian beer)?
Their site is www.coopers.com.au

What is the link to the Brazilian Homebrew suppliers? I looked through the forum but can't find them.

Cheers
:mug:
