I'm using cubes for my other batches but I got impatient and added tannin powder to a batch that is finishing up now.
It colored my cider and I'm regretting adding it.
Will it eventually settle so that I can rack off of it?

Ahh... interesting.
Egg whites are used to clarify stocks and clear soup/consommé.
Well... I won't be using powder again!

I use tannin powder all the time, and it never colors my cider. You only need like 1/8-1/4 teaspoon, and dissolve it in a little water or cider, so it's not like that tiny amount can color the cider.

That could've been my problem.
The indications on the bottle suggested:
1/4 tsp per gal for white wine
1/3 tsp per gal for red wine
1/2 tsp per gal for fruit wine

I followed the fruit wine amount and didn't dissolve, just sprinkled and stirred with my paddle.
So I combined my 5 gal S-04 batch (this one is Notty) basically bringing it back down to 1/4 tsp per gal.
