Add _____ to make cider more tart?

Looking for advise to see what I can add before bottling to give my cider a little more of a tart flavor any ideas?




What about quantity on a 5 gallon batch?
 
My best guess would
be citric acid (vitamin C). No clue how much, though.
 
Tannin might do the trick, too. Again, you would have to experiment. Actually, too much tannin will leave you with cotton mouth.
