I am trying out a raspberry wheat for the first time and have a couple of questions.
First - when I add the raspberries to the secondary do I want to aerate the beer to help kick-start fermentation again?
Second - How do I figure out the ABV after all is said and done? I took my OG reading, but I don't know how to figure it out after adding so much sugar with the raspberries.
