Not brewing this weekend

I did some math and realized that my IPA has been in the secondary since Tuesday. The OG was 1.069 so I want to leave it in there for more than 2 weeks. Since I only have 1 carboy, I can't brew the ESB yet or it will be in the plastic primary for over 2 weeks.
On a lighter note, my Irish Red is friggin' awesome! The Pale Ale is ok so I'm doing my best to get rid of it so I can focus on the Irish Red! Looks like I'll be taking one for the team tonight!

You guys obviously need more equipment!!

Time to get more carboy's/airlocks/stainless conical fermenters/20 gallon recirculating systems or just about whatever you want. Sounds like a good enough excuse to me.

I figure another week or two to get the old garage cleared out and the brewery put back together. The brown and the porter are running low. Ditto Poor Richard's. Lots of cider, though.
