Corney Rack

Inspired by (or rather totally jealous of) springer's wonderful metal corney rack, I'm trying to devise a way to recreate this in wood <I don't weld>

Here is a pic of a doodle I came up with using Sketchup...but I'm not sure if it will handle the second tier.

And I'm still not 100% on what I'm going to use as the "handles" that hold the kegs...but if worse come to worse I can toss some timber there too.


Anyone see any fundamental flaws before I start cuttin' 2x4s?

Huh, its a neat idea. I think you should do it and quickly post a picture so I can see it! Could really be quite classy.
