I found the setup that I want for the basement in the dream house!! It was my first brewery tour.

Now I know what envy is...

Their 4 brews...my favorite was the fall season brew...the brauen bock...a little sweet, but boy, the ABV of around 7.5% really put you in high spirits if ya know what I mean :D

Serious question though to anyone who might know...what do you think a brewing setup like that would run?

That looks like the cleanest and most organized brewery I've ever seen.

I love seeing the plastic buckets in the second pic, knowing they start off all recipes just like home brewers in small batches. You saw this in Brew Masters (if you watched it Sunday)

That's one of the most spacious breweries I've seen. Most breweries I've been too have expanded so much that they outgrow their existing space and have equipment crammed everywhere.

One of the nicest things about the brewery is you can refill a 74oz growler for like $9. A high quality, fresh, local brew for only $9...can't beat it for a weekend get together!
