Im getting ready to bottle my first batch. How much corn sugar do I add and is that all i have to add?
DeathBrewer Maniacally Malty HBT Supporter Joined Apr 9, 2007 Messages 21,787 Reaction score 320 Location Oakland, CA Oct 13, 2007 #2 most people use the standard 3/4 cup corn sugar, boil in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes, and add to bottling bucket for a ~5 gallon batch. using grams or ounces is more accurate and will allow you to carbonate your beer to a specific volume. let me see if i can find that website...
