Tasting Notes
Dry, very pale, light braggawd with pungent grapefruit and pine aroma.
Mash: 4.7lb pale malt, 1/2lb carapils.

15 minute boil.
15m - 1oz Chinook.
0 - 1/2oz Chinook.

Add 4.5lb honey and yeast nutrient to the FV. When fermentation slows down, add 1oz Chinook to dry hop.
