I just brewed 10 gallons of wheat and pitched us-05 in one carboy and wb-06 to see what the outcome would be. After I pitched the yeast I forgot which carboy got what! Can I tell visually by the fermentaion? Will I have to try and figure it out by taste? Please help!

WB-06 is tart and has a unique flavor, the US-05 will ferment cleaner. After tasting it should be pretty easy to tell them apart.

You probably won't be able to tell during the fermentation visually. However, the esters from the WB-06 might be strong enough to smell the difference in a few days.
