BYO 15th anniversary brew

Has anyone brewed this all grain? im thinking about party gyling this one maybe adding some pale chocolate and crystal for the second running and carpet bombing with citrusy hops . any ideas will this work and what do yall think the og will be on the smaller wort?

I did the all grain back in October and just kegged it on Saturday. Took some work to get down to the fg. Sample tasted good going in considering 12%. I made a small beer with the last of the runnings. Didn't care for it. But, that's just me.....
