The brewing comerade is a full mash 50 to 60 liters (3.785 liters/1 us gal.) system top quality 304 L stainless steel construction. The thickness of the vessels 16 -gage. The unit includes the following items listed below.

The hot liquor tank has a 3.5 kW element and a temperature controller to adjust the temperature desired or to prepare the water the night before.

The mash has a perforated false bottom, a rotating sparge arm, and a recirc plate. You can do step mashes in many different ways.

The brew kettle has a 3.5 kW element those functions as a colander witch helps to reach a boil quicker and creates also a rolling boil. There is a stand- pipe so you get less hops and trub in the fermenter. The cover comes with a 3” stub pipe so you can connect a steam evacuation system.

A uni-tank 60-degree cone bottom fermenter with a racking outlet, a thermo well and thermometer, a chill plate interior mounted and an oval hand hole.

Miscellaneous: a marsh magnetic pump, a counter flow heat exchanger, flexible hoses and quick connects for transfers, an electrical panel that works on single phase 220 volts with a main breaker, temperature control unit, industrial switches, fuse for protection on low voltage equipment and indicator lights.

The hot liquor tank, mash tank, brew kettle, heat exch., pump and electrical panel are mounted on a stainless steel central tube tower and frame on three casters for easy displacement and storage. It measures 40”X40”.

I know the guy who bought this yesterday. Not a bad little basement system for the money. 100% stainless steel - including the stand. Mashtun is stainless and then copper clad. All electric - which made him happy cause he'll be brewing in his basement!
