New guy from Jersey

Hey everyone! I've been homebrewing for about 2.5 years now, and decided to join the community here since about 95% of my searches for answers on the web bring me here anyway.

I started brewing when my girlfriend bought me a kit for Christmas because I seemed fascinated with the fact that my uncle was brewing his own beers and wines. I'm loving the world of brewing and the new world of beers it has opened up.

Looking forward to getting to know and learning a lot from all of you!
