Hey all,

I just recently bought a beginner's kit and thought this might be a good way to get some helpful advice. I got a Brewer's Best ingredients kit for German Altbier, hoping for some good results. Thanks for having me!

Welcome to the boards and the hobby! I lived in Dublin OH for 2 years, unfortunately wasn't into homebrewing yet at that point so no idea where to get supplies locally.. Yes this is an excellent place for advice and tips & tricks. Post away!

I just moved to Cleveland, I lived in Columbus for a long time, then went to school in Athens (OU-Oh Yeah Baby!).

Also I am in the process of brewing my first batch.
