- Nice Citrus aroma and strong hop flavor
This may not look like a typical IPA but it is really good. Shoot for a FG lower than 1.004 .The cedar and 3711 do a nice job of showing off the hops and not overpowering them.
The dry finish and crisp flavor from the hops make this a beer that's hard to put down. The cedar spirals are sourced from the barrelmill.com you will have to call as they don't display them on there website.
