Grain:
9 lbs Pale Malt (2-Row)
2 lbs Rye Malt
2 lbs Vienna Malt
1 lbs Crystal/Carmel - 20L

Boil:
1 oz Magnum @60
1 oz Simcoe @10
.5 oz Cascade @10
1.5 oz Cascade @ 0

Mash:
Single Infusion @ 152 for 60 minutes, mash out for 10 minutes

Yeast:
1000ML starter of WLP007

Fermentation:
Primary for 10 days
Secondary for 7 days (add 2 oz of cascade)
