I have never made cheese before but I am thinking of getting in to it and have been reading a lot about it. I also have seen that here is a cheese aged with porter from Ireland and was wondering at what stage the beer is added. Does anyone here have any info on this? I would love to make a cheese and be able to add my own porter to it to see how it turnes out.
