Thanks for sharing the link. But I didn't readily find the chapter on sanitizing.

It would be interesting to see what people think of the brewing books we read in 200 years.

Thanks for the great link.

I hope everyone else has noticed that there is a clickable keyword entry ("brewing") that takes you to a page listing other valuable historic brewing references along with some scientific papers and other random detritus. Absolutely fascinating stuff.
