Appropriate beer & glass chart

I'm looking for a chart of the proper glassware to go with beers. I would like to be able to print it off and attach it to my beer fridge. To hopefully expand me and my friends knowledge.
I've found site listing all the glasses for beers, but I have yet to find anything that I can easily print off.

it would be handy. why not fabricate one for yourself and share?

I'll start...Pilsner glasses are clearly only to be used for lambic.

yep, I've been searching a web with that there google thing, with no luck.
I thought appealing to other beer knerds might prove more fruitful.

I'll can probably make a decent one if I can't find one, and I will share it.

I made a simple spreadsheet tool for a similar purpose. THere is one embedded macro that just does the clear function. You do not have to enable the macro to get the tool to work, just to enable one click clearing.
