What the h--l is a "brew sculpture?"

I'm still doing my boils on an electric range and this seems nutty when you consider I have access to natural gas. An outdoor cook station would make SWMBO very happy too because my disastrous brew-day mess could get the hell out of her kitchen. This could make her happy enough to forget about the kegerator!
