Good Stir Plate?

In the market for a stir plate and was wondering if anybody had some good recommendations. Kind of had my eye on this one from Brewer's Hardware...

I haven't gotten a stir plate yet, but soon I'll be purchasing this one. Lifetime warranty sold me.

I've got the one from Northern Brewer.. It works good for me but I only have about 200 hours on it.
