For my 2nd batch of beer and 1st all grain. It wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be, everything went pretty smooth. I had posted about the recipe before and I made some adjustments according to feedback I received. Heres what I cooked up:

5lbs Pale 2 row
5lbs Wheat malt
1 candi clear
1.25 oz east kent
1 oz Safbrew S-33
.75 oz orange zest
.75 coriander

My SG is 1046

I will post some pics in a few minutes of the results.
 
Here are some pics of yesterdays adventure. My wife was helping me out some with the sparge. The pic inside the fridge was taken this morning roughly 15 hours after pitching the yeast. Looks like it taking off well.

I did my first AG this summer (now have done three with 4th coming this weekend) and I, too, was pleased with how easy it actually was. I know others say this, but just the same... It was easy and fun.
