What ever the legal working age is for your state. Probably 15. Odds of a 15 year old getting hired there, slim to none. 18? Possibly.

+1 the kids that sell me beer at kroger are like 17 its beer weather they are making it or selling it its all the same

I think in VA that you have to be 21 to serve alcohol to a customer and maybe to even be behind the bar (as in bar backing). I've had a teenage waitpersons who had to get someone of age to bring me a beer.
But yeah, as beergolf said, it differs from state to state.

It might be 18 here too. I just know I've had young kids waiting on me that have to get someone older to bring the drinks, not sure of the exact ages as I've never worked in the restaurant business.
