I've been looking at temp controllers for my keezer build and I have one question. With a love ts2 and a probe being only about $66 shipped
(drillspot.com), Why would anyone get a analog johnson for close to the same price? For what you get with a love it seems like a no-brainer.

Am I missing something?
 
I picked up a Ranco digital for 75. Some people just want the simplicity of the Ranco or Johnson where all you need to do is plug it in.
 
I bought a digital Ranco for $50 new. I wasn't interested in the more complex Love controller and like Mpez suggested I wanted more of a plug and play system. I'm not too sure why people buy analog Johnson controllers when digital versions of a Johnson or Ranco are available for just as cheap.
