Hi everyone!

I am currently looking for a pretty quick and easy holiday ale that you have made in the past that turned out great. I have done some reading and have found many have tried and trusted Charlie Papazian's Holiday Cheer, which seems like a great option. I was looking for something with a little bit more body but something around the same flavor profile. (I was thinking of just adjusting the recipe to sub Amber Malt Extract for the Pale Light Extract which is recommended in the recipe) I would love to hear your thoughts and see your recipes!!! Note: I am a novice brewer and this would be my fourth batch so and additional tips would be quite helpful!!

Thanks:mug:
