Here's my beersmith file for an APA I plan to make to use up some Mt. Hood hops. So far I've just used them in a Belgian Dubbel, but am not really interested in making lagers. So I thought I would try them in a pale ale. Has anyone used Mt. Hood in a pale ale before? If so, did it turn out well?

Here is what I have planned:

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the information. There is something to be said of tradition and all, but I like what tastes good best. Hopefully this beer will be different but good. Thanks again.
