I dont know, but i think i have too much munich. Do you guys think it will be overly malty? If so, should i sub it for Pilsner? Vienna? 2 Row?

Any other suggestions.

A 50/50 split of munich and wheat is about perfect in my opinion. I would drop the aromatic and biscuit entirely and reduce the chocolate to just enough to get the colour you want, you don't really want any roasty flavours.

That's essentially what I was thinking as well.

I'd be using Hallertauer if it wasn't 1.8% at AHS :drunk:

You brought the chocolate up when you need to bring it down. You should probably be shooting for around a quarter pound or so - you also may want to scrap chocolate entirely and use Carafa dehusked II. It will give color without roastiness.

I would also maybe add some Caramunich or such for some additional depth.

You're right! I took out the chocolate and put in .25 lb of Carafa dehusked III. I also went from WLP300 to WLP380, just because. :rockin:

all those recipes look pretty good IMO, although 1 lb of aromatic would be out of control. 380 is my preference with dunkelweizens. hefeweizens use 300 for the banana.
