1 oz simcoe (2)
WL California Ale Yeast
10 gal batch and dry-hop each carboy with 1/2 oz simcoe and 1/2 oz glacier
OG 1.056, SRM 15.5 or so, IBU 45
sort of an American Brown Ale, but with German base malt
