Thinking about starting my summer brews now that the snow is finally gone. One I have been contemplating is a light bodied summer brew. A partial mash, about 1050 OG, Light in color, around 4 SRM, and about 25 IBU. A "crossover" beer for summer BBQ's. Im thinking of using Glacier for both bittering and aroma. Any comments or suggestions????
