So I'm going to start one of those threads I hate, where I have no intentions on updating this again until I can finish the kegerator in 3 weeks. Sorry in advance for the wait. Anyhow, a friend bought 3 of these for $75, giving me the one "broken" one because he only wanted the two working ones anyhow. Lucky buy... they're worth almost $500 each. The broken machine just needed a plug wired onto the end of the cord, and I thought it'd make a great kegerator!

Collars aren't just for keezers!

It should look great once the wood is painted black. The bottle and regulator fit on the mechanical side of the machine. I still haven't quite decided what to do with the space where the cans used to be dispensed, but I'll try and keep the thread updated as I finish this project.

Very Cool. Are you going to mount a tower on top? Maybe you could the faucets in the area where the cans used to dispense?

*** Edit *** I just realized that dispenser was on the bottom...it would be hard to dispense from there ;-P

Good luck!

Mike.

I'd like to retain the old dispenser doors if possible, but I don't want to destroy any parts. I'll find something to fill that hole that can be opened, where picnic faucets can be pulled out of the machine and used to dispense the beer.
