Going to be racking my Microstyle Pale Ale to the keg tonight and I always seem to have too much and have to dump the rest out. Not ANYMORE. I'll have some bottles ready, but do I use 1/2 teaspoon or tablespoon of corn sugar per bottle for bottling?

Sounds to me like he's kegging, but can't fit it all in the keg... Thus, he is going to bottle the leftovers.

1/2 Tsp. should do, as noted. I second that the cooper carbonation drops are great though...

Must be nice. Not sure where I went wrong on the last brew, but I ended up with only 45 bottles of brew (I guess thats not terrible, but its not the 50-52 most can get)!

I guess more boiloff than expected, as well as leaving ~1-2 bottle in the bottom with the trub. I'm a stickler for clear beer, so I don't take a chance of disturbing that bottom couple bottles...

I'd get around 50 or so when I bottled. Now, I try to get all the brew that I can. The ones that had a little more sediment in them than what I'd like, I'd put them aside and use them to tasting to determine when the brew was good to go. Also, when your rack, put the racking cane on the side of the primary or secondary. Then, when it starts to get towards the bottom, tilt the vessel on the side. Usually get about another bottle or two out of it that way.
